Wonderful guest house with all of the amenities you could ask for. Marco and Joana are friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. We can't recommend this accommodation more for a long weekend in the Douro Valley, off-street and secure parking was another huge bonus!

Zimão Garden House is located in Vila Real, 30 km from Natur Waterpark, 31 km from Golf Course Vidago Palace, and 43 km from Douro Museum. Not enough words to describe this wonderful place. It was so good so after we left , we decided to go back and stay longer. Perfect by all means.

Offering a garden and river view, Stay at the Winemaker is located in Ervedosa do Douro, 32 km from Douro Museum and 33 km from Natur Waterpark. It was more than a stay, it was an experience. Jaw dropping views and well maintained modern rooms. Quant and we had a chance to have dinner/bbq there with those amazing views and delicious wine. Can not recommend highly enough

Casa do Arco by Douro Exclusive in São Cristóvão do Douro provides adults-only accommodation with a bar and a shared lounge. Very new, modern and stylish micro-hotel (just 3 rooms) with a very nice restaurant. Gorgeous views on Douro valley, top wine makers reasonably close. Absolute tranquility

Set in Mirandela in the Norte Region region and Chaves Thermal Spa reachable within 50 km, Ribeira House offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground, water sports facilities and free... The staff (reception, housekeeping, and the cook) all received us with warm hospitality. The breakfast (home made pastries, regional charcuterie, made to order eggs)were delicious. The gated parking area was secure and easy to access.

Situated in Provesende and only 12 km from Natur Waterpark, Quinta Pedreira dos Anjos features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. We wanted quite and romantic place, out of the city place but close enough to drive by car. This place is located 20-25 minutes from the Sabrosa/Pinhao. The stay was amazing! The room was spacious enough and we had a big window facing the valley. The sunset and the morning views are incredible there. And because of the isolated location it so quite there. Except the room there is also a place outside in the property to sit and enjoy the wine and the views. The host gave us a taste of their own wine and port and we also asked for the breakfast (additional price). Wow, you definitely must have it! Aurora made us a wonderful breakfast. Everything on the table came from their own garden. And the view from the balcony (where we ate) is amazing.

Casa dos Codessos has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Ribeira de Pena, 34 km from Carvalhelhos Thermal Spa. The best house for the real rural tourism that ribeira de pena have to offer amazing landscaping views wile you enjoy a nice glass of wine from the region

Situated within 1.5 km of Golf Course Vidago Palace and 22 km of Chaves Thermal Spa, ZN Lodge features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Vidago. A great please and a great location. The rooms are lovely.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Douro D'Heart - Regua Guesthouse - Casa Completa is located in Peso da Régua. Our host left some fresh baked breads for us in the morning which we found to be very convenient. The kitchen was dated, but complete with everything you might need. The bathrooms were modern in comparison to the rest of the house. We felt as if transported into the days of Downton Abby with all the antique furniture, and the space was enormous. The bedrooms were all large with four poster beds. Altogether a nice experience.
