We had the pleasure of experiencing one of the most intense cyclones of the recent years together with Isa and Steph in their beautiful house in Le Tampon. As we have never been exposed to such severe weather conditions before, we were a bit nervous ahead of our stay, but our hosts did everything they could to make us feel safe and comfortable in their amazing home. We cooked together, we did yoga, had great conversation and we believe we could not have found a better place to spend those hours during the storm than with them. Thanks for opening both your home and hearts for us. We enjoyed every minute.

The big rooms and huge bathrooms, the garden, the terrace, the host. Except for actually finding the place, everything is perfect.

Côté Volcan encontra-se em La Plaine des Cafres, a 9 minutos a pé de Volcano House e a 24 km de Pico de Furnace, e apresenta acomodações com um jardim. Extremely nice staff (very helpful and knowledgeable about hiking routes) and very cosy dinner in the evenings with great local food. Spacious room with couch area and heating (important since it gets cold in the mountains). No wifi in the room, which should be standard these days.
