This recently renovated bed and breakfast is located 2.6 km from Amilcar Beach and 5.3 km from Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum. Extra facilities include a lift, meeting rooms, a tour desk and laundry service. This place is a gem. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. I was even late for breakfast by half an hour one day and the owner offered to make me some food with a smile on his face. Apart from the welcoming vibe, the place feels like a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle of La Marsa that awaits when you step outside of the premises. I was most taken back by the open plan kitchen/lounge area where breakfast is served which feels Tunisian with a bit of a modern twist. A really thought out interior where you can feel the attention to detail. Anyway I could carry on for a while but I loved this place. The people and the simple and tasty breakfasts make it all the worth while. Local shops are also very close by if you need to get cash, a phone card or grab a bite, nearest beach is a 5/10 minute walk. Thank you Dar El Kif, wish you all the best!

Location is unbeatable, walking distance from Sidi bou Said and right on the water - a highlight of our stay in Tunis.
