Great breakfast and the staff really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home! The place is newly renovated and looks even better than pictured. The Hammam is a nice touch as well - we felt so relax afterwards! It's located in the old Hammamet Medina and very close to many restaurants and the beach.

Our best accommodation in Tunisia. If you don't want to stay in one of huge hotels, this is the perfect place to go. Friendly and very helpful hosts. Clean, large room with a comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the window, well-kept, wonderfully fragrant green garden with nice pool and place to rest. Possibility to order delicious home-made dinners (vegan and vegetarian options) - the only place in Tunisia where we could eat such a variety of food. We highly recommend it!

We loved it all and would stay again and have already recommended to our friends. We loved the walking distance to the Medina and restaurants. Located in Hammamet, Villa Phoenicia is 50 metres from the beach and a 5-minute drive from Hammamet Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi, a rooftop terrace and a shared living room with a fireplace. The place feel like you are in paradise, even much better than photos. The breakfast was very good with variety from day to day. Sahbi bey is super friendly and always makes sure that you feel comfortable and you have everything you want. The room was extra clean and the bed is quite comfortable to sleep. I also had a small balcony which was very cozy to hang out during the day when it is very warm.

Abir was with us throughout our stay she was super nice and very welcoming. They took care of all of our restaurant reservations, they even ordered the cake for the celebration. Very courteous and amazing. Mary was in constant communication with me to ensure I was good and happy. The house is decorated with fine taste. I will definitely come back!!!

It is a lovely place, beautiful and peaceful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. And it is so well situated in the heart of the medina. It was altogether an exceptional and memorable experience.
