Fully equipped mini apartment (kitchen had all basics), super comfortable bed, a lovely patio with plants to sit around. The host was very helpful and friendly. Definitely would go back! Ps. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. I was even late for breakfast by half an hour one day and the owner offered to make me some food with a smile on his face. Apart from the welcoming vibe, the place feels like a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle of La Marsa that awaits when you step outside of the premises. I was most taken back by the open plan kitchen/lounge area where breakfast is served which feels Tunisian with a bit of a modern twist. A really thought out interior where you can feel the attention to detail. Anyway I could carry on for a while but I loved this place. The people and the simple and tasty breakfasts make it all the worth while. Local shops are also very close by if you need to get cash, a phone card or grab a bite, nearest beach is a 5/10 minute walk. Thank you Dar El Kif, wish you all the best!

Location is unbeatable, walking distance from Sidi bou Said and right on the water - a highlight of our stay in Tunis. The property is situated in the very center of the old part - Medina. The property it self has a vibe of past times and it's nicely decorated. The stuff was very nice and the breakfast tasty and plentiful.
