At the guest house, every unit is equipped with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchenette, a dining area and a private bathroom with slippers, a shower and a hair dryer. A fridge, a stovetop and minibar are also available, as well as a kettle. At the guest house, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Communication was prompt and checkin instructions were clear, including directions for parking (bonus for those who are driving). Although within an old building, the rooms and toilet are modern and comfortable enough. The owner put alot of thought into the decorations and it is tasteful and photo worthy. We stayed as a couple and had the whole house to ourselves, but would be ideal for larger groups too. There are some board games provided for entertainment. For international travellers, do note that you are unable to pay the deposit so please communicate with the owner to prevent any misunderstandings. Appreciate the owner for honouring our reservation and allowing us to pay on the day of our stay.

南庄漫晨旅店Nanzhuang Manchen B&B, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Nanzhuang, 26 km from Tai'an Hot Spring, 12 km from Museum of Saisiat Folklore, as well as 13 km from Xiangtian Lake. Featuring mountain and city views, this bed and breakfast also has free WiFi. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. The B&B was located within NanZhuang, and is a 5 min walk from the Old Street and Osmanthus Walking Street. There is an option to park at their entrance, if you check with them early. Or if you prefer not to worry about finding parking, there is a paid parking garage just 2 mins before you reach the B&B. Facilities were as stated and matched the price point. Check-in was fuss free too, just have to communicate with the staff via app or phone and self collect the keys if you're going to check in late like us.
