The room is neat and clean which is quite a top priority for us. The bed and pillow are soft & comfy. Actually it exceeded my expectations in every way. The owner & staff are so friendly and helpful. Uncle and Aunt're so kind. You can tell the hotel to call a Taxi for you. No need to walk up there with your belongings which is a little bit tired. The scenery is beautiful. Walk through the steps 5 minutes to the center of Jiufen walking Street. I forgot my ring in the bathroom and they kept it for us before I noticed it. The check-out day, we wanted to go shopping first, so the hotel offered us to leave the luggages with them then when we're back they will call a taxi to the MRT Station for us. We're totally appreciated. Impressive. Top Recommend.

The property is perfect in every way, it’s like stepping into a completely different world. It creates a vibe that you live in the “spirited away” world. The location is super convenient, I walked to the old street in less than 10 minutes and you get to enjoy the quiet little town all by yourself before the tourists get in in the morning and after tourists leave at night. The host is super helpful when you need anything, you can also book day tours and massage to the room with the host. I’m extremely terrified of bugs, because this is in a forest and I was traveling by myself, that was a concern. But I didn’t encounter anything in my two nights of stay.

The host was very nice from the moment we got there. He gave us restaurant recommendations and directions for several hikes. The property is close to a mountain so it is quite fresh and the little terrace is lovely to enjoy in the morning or evening. Breakfast was quite standard but still ok.

Very friendly people who will try to help you any way they can. This was our first stop in a new country and we tried to catch a bus and the sweet staff got us one with no problem with google translate. 😁 was very thankful

Breakfast was amazing!! Even though it is served in buffet style, they serve quality food unlike most buffet style breakfast. The room is very clean, I’m personally a very picky person when it comes to hotel regarding cleanliness and this place has definitely meet my expectation. I came here for relaxation and I’m glad I chose this place, it has a great view if you choose rooms with sea view. Was worried that it will be far from Jiufeng old street but it is in fact only around 8 mins walk. It offers a great night view too! Do not waste your money visiting tea houses for night view, highly recommend to buy your own food back to hotel for amazing view in your room. The staffs here are polite and friendly, I have an enjoyable stay here.
