He even came to welcome us and show us around! We were lucky to have the building to ourselves and there was parking space for our car right in the front of building. Voucher for breakfast was provided and value was generous which covered both of our dishes. Owner even provided local snack and I love the high-end tea powered shampoo especially!

He will goes out of his way to help you with anything. His service and hospitality is even better than some 5 stars hotels. He's an expert on good places to eat like a local. 😉 The room was very clean, comfy and got everything you needed, and more! The view from the hotel is also amazing. Will definitely come back. Good location, walking distance to eating places. Good value for money, quite comfortable. Just that the alley is very small, careful if you drive in to the place.
