Only thing I would recommend is having hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Otherwise, highly recommend this spot.

I sat there with my two kids reading them a story. Super nice. It overlooks several Japanese era one-story houses. There are quite a few trees on the street, in the garden below and one big potted plant on the balcony. The room is tastefully decorated and spotless.
