I stayed there for a week and it was still way to short. I could stay there forever. The minute you arrive, this place feels like home. The atmosphere there is just amazing. Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach, to party places or to amazing local restaurants. Everything is so close. But it is still a very quiet place, so you can get a very good sleep. Staff is so friendly and will help you with everything. Breakfast is amazing. And I also highly recommend to try the BBQ party they organize twice a week.

Delicious and varied breakfast (homemade jam super delicious). Zuzana (owner) is super nice and gave good suggestions for restaurants and excursions. The house is in a less touristy area (super safe) and even if it is not beach front, it is super easy to access the beach (1 minute walk).

We loved everything! Rooms are comfortable and spacious, with lot of privacy. The esthetic is very cozy. Breakfast is all homemade and abundant. The restaurant has delicious food (best we had in the area) and the staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Everything was solved easily (taxi, excursions, ice...). Highly recommended!

Situated 15 km from Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park, Villa Kiota offers a garden, a terrace and accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. We had an amazing stay in Villa Kiota! Everything was excellent: the room, the breakfast, the location, the hospitality and kindness of the staff. We highly recommend staying here!
