This is what everybody is looking for when booking a homestay. We were treated like family, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and helped us through the reservation of a bus to Saigon and visit at the floating market and Mekong Delta. We basically did nothing, she took care of transportation, taxi and all. Location is perfect, just outside of the city centre which is easy to reach by motorbike or bicycle. They lent us two bikes for free, a gesture very much appreciated. Also she really was keen on making us understand their culture by telling us some curious aspect of Vietnamese life style and letting us try some of their traditional dishes and fruits. Definitely recommend it! Don't miss this chance.

Objekat Brown House Resort ima pogled na reku, besplatan WiFi i besplatan privatni parking, a smešten je u gradu Kan To, na 10 km od znamenitosti Šoping centar Vincom Plaza Xuan Khanh. From the beginning until the end of our stay the host family were very flexible, accommodating and friendly. They were all involved and helpful and showed actively they enjoyed having guests. We loved that the resort was located a bit out of the way surrounded by nature and next to a river where our floating market tour departed from. The room was basic and clean. It ventilated thanks to the opened top and the fans. The bed included a mosquito net, so you could avoid the bites. The garden was beautiful! Full of flowers, a pond with fishes, a lotus and Amazonian lilies and surrounded by mango trees. Ah! and some chickens! What must have been the family’s residence was such a pretty construction! The food that they offer is delicious, good prices, and freshly prepared on choice. We strongly recommend you to try their food! The best we’ve tried so far during our trip! We signed up for the boat trip to the Cai Rang floating market, noodle “factory”, etc with them and we really enjoyed it. Our “guide” did not speak English, but with Google translator and a bit of imagination from both sides, he showed us a lot of beautiful and traditional places. We were there during low season, so we got to see locals using the floating market; however, we can imagine that during high season it must be overcrowded with tourists. They also helped us organize our pick up transfer. If you travel with Futa lines there is a shuttle bus included that picks you up from your accommodation and drops you off in the main station.

Excellent location close to riverfront, night market, and restaurants. Room was very clean and equipped with a decent queen-size bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped us with booking bus tickets to return to Sai Gon.

Just ask them at least the day before you need it (boat booking, motorbike renting etc), and they will help you to arrange it.
