Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, CornerCatBa is situated in Cat Ba. The property has mountain and lake views, and is 1.3 km from Tung Thu Beach. Vietnam is a noisy country with all the karaoke and the use of the claxon in traffic. But this place is quiet and we loved it. It’s a few hundred meters from the main road on a dead end street. There are only 3 rooms, so you will never sleep there with a noisy tour group. The room is spatious and the quality of the bed etc is good. The bathroom and the WiFi are also good. The owner can book tours, bus tickets, taxis, motor rental etc for you, she is very helpfull and friendly.

The bed is very comfortable and room is large. It is away from the busier part of town but not hard to walk there. The optional breakfast was nice. They also helped with laundry and a scooter rental.

Very kind people run this place who help you with anything you need. They also speak good English. It was one of the cleanest places I've stayed in during my Vietnam trip.

Our stay at this homestay in Cat Ba was truly delightful. The house has a great aura, very clean, orderly, and situated in a peaceful and secure location. The owners were incredibly kind, providing fantastic food, especially the spring rolls and soups. Everything we needed was within a 5-10 minute walk, and the beach was just a 15-minute stroll away. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming experience!

Meget hjelpsom til å skaffe transport. Hun skaffet billig transport til Cat Ba rett fra døra på homestay. Vi kom også klokken 03:00 på natta. Og hun fikset alt sånn at vi kunne sjekke inn selv. Billig og god mat var det også.
