The family staff is not only very warm and friendly, but genuinely kind and caring. Of course, it is not a five-star hotel. But the room was large, very clean, comfortable, and functional. All the facilities worked perfectly fine: a large, and very comfortable bed, hot shower etc. All you need to feel good. The nice garden is an extra plus — a hidden, quiet gem in the heart of busy and noisy Da Lat. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning, free tea, water and coffee any time. Also the other guests were friendly. It all just felt like a great place to spend a few days. I also very much appreciated an early check-in and breakfast after arriving from a sleepless night on the bus.
