Phong Nha Magic Fingers Homestay and Spa offers spa facilities and wellness packages, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Phong Nha. We were able to check in at 4 am for a small fee of 150k dong after our overnight bus arrived, which was amazing! Sy picked us up for no charge and took us back to the homestay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

With pool views, Phong Nha Ecolodge is set in Phong Nha and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and barbecue. Beautiful stay in Phong Nha when we came to visit the national park and caves. The room was clean and comfortable and all the family were so sweet. The weather was very wet before we arrived so the hosts informed us only one cave would be open but they organised our tour and transport to Hue the next day. Breakfast was really tasty and they also did our laundry so fast within 10 hours and it smelt amazing!

Set in Phong Nha, Son River Homestay offers accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden. Very familiar homestay, they were super attentive. We arrived late at night and they came to pick us up, also they took us again to the bus when we left (for free). They allowed us to take a shower after we check out. They manage the rental of a motorbike for us, and help us with the bus booking. The breakfast was was good. The son speaks very good english so that make things easier. Super recomended!

A good location for a stress-free stay in Phong Nha, Phong Nha Friendly Home is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the mountain. Clean room, hot shower, perfect location, staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very delicious we enjoyed very much.

Situated in Phong Nha, Phong Nha - Tien's Cozy Homestay provides accommodation with seating area. This bed and breakfast features air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. The manager Cuba is very helpful. We had early check-in at 3am so we can get rest before joining the tour in early morning. Cuba settled everything included tour and bus ticket. The tours are awesome. The room is big and clean. Wi-Fi signal is good. Highly recommend to stay in Tien’s Cozy Homestay.

With lake views, Little Rock Homestay is set in Phong Nha and has a restaurant, free shuttle service, bar, garden, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace. It is located in a very quiet part of the town, right by the river with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains and the river. Tge location is the key here as you don’t here any noice from the road, can enjoy the view, the peace and quiet of the area. The room is quite basic but it has everything you need, even a hairdryer and a kettle. The shower has hot water and the Aircon works well. I liked the mattress and the pillows were not too hard. The owner of the Homestay Xuan was very helpful. She can recommend some interesting new tours to the caves which are different from Oxalis. By the way, her husband works in Oxalis, so if you have any questions, he can help you.

Situated in Dong Hoi, Quang Binh region, 117 Bà Triệu Homestay is set 2.4 km from Nhat Le Beach. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Lovely family run Homestay with very humble owners. Our room was big, comfortable, everything worked and whilst possibly considered more 'basic' was perfect for myself and my daughter. Hot water shower, super clean bedroom and bathroom, good lighting, useful TV with decent channels for the evenings, air con AMAZING and a very good fan also. Lots of towels. I LOVE the VN mattresses, super firm and a great nights sleep. The pillows were OK but we are very fussy about pillows. Wif worked well. Also worth mentioning is that this homestay is very very well designed. There are no external windws in the rooms and the rooms come off a dark cool corridor (also with no windows) - at our visit Dong Hoi waa ridicualously hot and humid; going back to the homestay was excellent and cool, the room wasnt too hot at all :-) Highly recommedn this place, we stayed for longer and will certainly have good memeories form here and return if we come back to Dong Hoi for a third time. Very clean, warm welcome and good location. A lot of space in the room and the smart tv works properly. There is a communal space with a pool table and a small gym.

Situated in Phong Nha, Phong Nha Love Homestay offers accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The owner is very nice and helpful, he cooked us breakfast and helped with booking a cave tour. They also pick us up by car from the bus station for free. I would stay here again!

Nam Anh Hotel features a public bath, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Phong Nha. There is an on-site restaurant and free private parking. Great place at the beginning of the main strip. Lots of restaurants and bars around. The room was very clean, and it was away from the street. This makes it quieter. Big bed with good mattress. Water pressure was also ok. The included breakfast was the best I had in a long time. Why? Because they went the extra mile and put some tomato and cucumber on the plate as well. The lady that runs the house speaks very good English. She can help you with trips or tickets as well.
