One of the great experience we had at this boat services. Breakfast was amazing....The interior of the Houseboat is really beautiful and well maintained.The location was perfect and peaceful....There was Air Condition also......Heating system was good 👍...The behaviour of the staff and owner were very good and really take care of us....I will recommend this houseboat to my all friend and relatives...

10歳と7歳の子供達と妻の4人で宿泊しました．オーナー親子はとても親切に接してくれました．対岸の道路からシカラを使って川を渡りハウスボードに着きます．道路に行く際にはシカラを利用せねばいけない点は少し不便ではありますが、オーナーやスタッフにお願いすればすぐに手配してくれます．何より，景色が良いこと、そして、歴史が詰まったハウスボードに宿泊できる良い体験でした．部屋の作りはとても素敵でした。

Everything. There was nothing to dislike. Tariq n Riyaaaz bhai are so kind. I felt like I'm in my home with my elder brothers. Also helped me to save money in my whole trip of kashmir.

Beautiful floating garden and hill view location. Food is exceptional (Sajadh the chef ), Shikara ride every day is wonderful experience ( Firoz the rider also wonderful singer). Owner ( Sheik ji) of boat house who is very caring and has very good connections to make the whole kashmir trip go very smooth. Central heated is one very good option and makes the stay most comfortable even in winter.

Chicago Houseboats - We were group of 5 and took two rooms for 2 nights. Cleanliness, Staff Support and Attention from Owner of houseboat were fantastic. Highly recommended for families.

The owner Haseem Bhai is a sweet and helpful man who guides his guests well to explore Kashmir in the best possible way. He even came to meet me at my hotel after I vacated the houseboat and gifted me a bottle of Kahwah

Ibrahim was very responsive and helped us arrive at the houseboat. He gave us great recommendations for things to do around, and even took us to a few places for shopping. He organized Shikara rides not just for us but also our friends. The houseboat is very well located, very clean and beautiful. It is uniquely positioned on a corner, and thus, we had great view from our bedroom. The room was spacious, well-lit and tidy. We would definitely like to stay there when we are back.
