We witnessed two of the most beautiful sunsets in the world and enjoyed swimming in the river. The location was a little far from the city center, but it's only about what you are looking for. We were very happy to be away from the chaos of the city and in nature. Of course, since it is in nature, some insects may appear in the house, but I think we have no right to be disturbed by this, after all, it is their home before any of us. We also loved the mystical atmosphere and decoration of the house. Sagando is a house that truly lives up to its name, hope to visit again!

One of the best accommodation I have been. The boat is charming, very lovely place to stay, you wake up on the river with amazing scenery. There was everything that we needed there on the boat, the host is amazing too. We will be back for sure.

Situated in Mahmudia, Pontonul lui Cristian offers a shared lounge. This boat features free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. Truly exceptional place to relax in nature. The hosts and other travellers were lovely. We enjoyed the wonderful cooking (fish soup, polenta & fried catfish) of Nicu’s wife and there’s also a small kitchen for guests to use. We don’t have the right skill set, but other guests were buying fish straight off the local fishermen who stopped at the boat. We decided to extend our stay as we realised that three nights weren’t enough and the hosts made it happen even though they were fully booked by shuffling their room plan around. We took a boat tour (Leta - Sulina, whole day) to explore the area (nice company but due to music playing not ideal for bird lovers) and another sunset birdwatching tour of three hours leaving from Murighiol that rounded off our trip perfectly. All in all a magical place to experience at least once in a lifetime!

Lying at anchor on the Pest-side of Budapest, next to the Margaret Bridge and opposite the beautiful Margaret Island, all sights and business areas are easily reachable from the Fortuna Boat Hotel... Nice view, great staff. Child was so happy to sleep on boat first time. There were tiny cabins, but is usual boat experience. Clean rooms, nice staff, water bottles, place to leave laggage after checkout.
