Everything about the house exceeded our expectations. Our comfort and all our needs were taken into consideration. We witnessed two of the most beautiful sunsets in the world and enjoyed swimming in the river. The location was a little far from the city center, but it's only about what you are looking for. We were very happy to be away from the chaos of the city and in nature. Of course, since it is in nature, some insects may appear in the house, but I think we have no right to be disturbed by this, after all, it is their home before any of us. We also loved the mystical atmosphere and decoration of the house. Sagando is a house that truly lives up to its name, hope to visit again!

Pontonul lui Cristian se află în Mahmudia și are cazare cu WiFi gratuit, parcare privată gratuită, precum și o piscină în aer liber sezonieră. Truly exceptional place to relax in nature. The hosts and other travellers were lovely. We enjoyed the wonderful cooking (fish soup, polenta & fried catfish) of Nicu’s wife and there’s also a small kitchen for guests to use. We don’t have the right skill set, but other guests were buying fish straight off the local fishermen who stopped at the boat. We decided to extend our stay as we realised that three nights weren’t enough and the hosts made it happen even though they were fully booked by shuffling their room plan around. We took a boat tour (Leta - Sulina, whole day) to explore the area (nice company but due to music playing not ideal for bird lovers) and another sunset birdwatching tour of three hours leaving from Murighiol that rounded off our trip perfectly. All in all a magical place to experience at least once in a lifetime!

Excellent location, great variety tasty breakfast, clean, professional and friendly staff - all would make this hotel a 4 star service! (not only 3 star, as official). I absolutelly enjoyed my time, stayed longer than planned originally, and will definitely come back for a visit. If you are a guest and you see a free cabin in tourist season, that means you are indeed lucky - book now!
