Enkusero is a small boutique camp, owned and run by William who is a local Masai, a passionate host and an excellent guide with15 years of experience. He took us for tailor- made safaris and went out of his way to show us the Big Five and countless other wonderful creatures. The location was fantastic and ideally located to visit the Masai Mara reserve. Our tent was luxurious and beautifully furnished . They had wooden decks with large verandas, for us to enjoy the sight of zebras, wildebeest and gazelles that grazed and freely roamed around the camp. The camp was exclusive and intimate in character with 3-4 luxury tents, perfect for one large or two small families. The food was par excellence . Robert is a fabulous chef who delighted in serving us exquisite dishes, most beautifully presented. We were quite apprehensive of food as we are vegetarians but it seemed no trouble for the skilled chef. The team, service and hospitality was superb. We took packed breakfast on most morning game drives. They were delicious and plentiful. I would like to make a special mention of the bush dinner with camp fire and lanterns which was really spectacular. William also organised sundowner drinks and it was simply humbling watching the sunset in the vast, peaceful setting of the Mara. We thoroughly enjoyed a visit to the traditional village of the Masai community, which William was happy to organise. To add to all this, the money spent at the camp directly benefits the local Masai community as it provides direct employment and there are no middlemen involved. We stayed 5 nights and each day was above all our expectations. Fantastic place where to stay if you want to be in the middle of wilderness and at the same time feel safe, special and be treated like royalty. Maji Moto Eco Camp se nachází na úpatí málo známé a kouzelně krásné Loita Hills. Je to ideální místo, kde můžete prožít skutečnou Maasaiskou kulturu a africké pláně pěšky. Staying in the Camp was one of the best experiences in Kenya. We stayed there only for one night, but we learnt so much about Massai and felt extremely welcome. The staff showed us there world and guided us, so that we felt part of their home during a bush walk. We learnt the meaning of some of their dances and were shown the fire making without lighter. The food was good and original, but don’t expect a 5 course meal. It was simply good! For us as it was a must have while around the Mara.

The Fig Tree Camp – Maasai Mara se rozkládá v národním parku Maasai Mara na březích řeky Talek a hostům poskytuje ubytování s vlastní koupelnou, bazénem a restaurací. The lodge is perfectly situated within the park. Our ‘tent’ overlooked the hippos in the river which was wonderful. The food was good, the ‘tent’ very comfortable and above all the staff were very attentive, especially Miriam , Moses and Peter who made us feel very welcome .

Rhino Tourist Camp se nachází 800 metrů od brány Oloolaimutia v přírodní rezervaci Maasai Mara. Má bar a restauraci a je obklopen bujnou vegetací. Beautiful, well-cared and quite camp very near to ololomuitia gate. Perfect to rest after safari game. The personnel were very kind and helpful. We appreciate the hot water for shower.
