A very comfortable and well thought out accommodation. Loved the little extras from the hosts such as marshmallows for toasting over the fire. A beautiful setting, we loved our stay. Loved the vibe and feel! We were able to relax and enjoy the deck, rooms were spacious and everything met our expectations. The grounds were well kept and parking was abundant.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and so is the location right on Hot Water Beach. There is such a wide range of leisure equipment, which unfortunately we couldn't use at all due to the short time of our stay. Everything is in TOP condition. In the end we only used the paddles, but there would also have been kayaks, e-bikes and fishing equipment. Communication was good, but no personal contact. There are 2 cafés in the area - both very nice, but not always open. Be sure to buy groceries beforehand - there is nothing in the area...

Lots of amenities in your tent and your own outdoor kitchen and barbecue, and a great indoor - outdoor bath tub for a soak at night. And the night sky is amazing.

I travel alot for work and have spent many a night in wonderful hotels around the world. I have never stayed in accommodation which makes you feel more comfortable and at home than this place thanks to its lovely lay out and even lovelier hosts. 11/10.
