All staff members were very accommodating with our limited Japanese and spoke good English! The view of Fuji was excellent from the entire campsite. The hot spring facilities were lovely, cleans and each had a great view! The domes were clean and well furnished.

Amazing facilities! Everything is super comfortable and looked after. Hot bath after the long day wandering around the woods was a massive bonus! They even have a floor heater if you get cool at night. Also a bbq was waiting for us with all the equipment- just bring the meat to grill. Amazing experience

The cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The BBQ tools, charcoal & firewood was included and really easy to use. We had great experience staying in the camp site while exploring the Kawaguchi Ko area. Will come back if we are travelling to 5 Lakes again.
