With garden views, Greenwood safari camp is set in Talek and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace. Staying at Greenwood camp was a wonderful experience! The camp had a great safari vibe. The staff was very friendly and caring and the host was so helpful with organizing activities. Really recommend their safari - the drivers put much effort into showing us as much as possible in one day. There is also an option of buying meals made fresh at the camp which I highly recommend.

Providing garden views, Talek Bush Camp, Masai Mara in Talek provides accommodation, an open-air bath, a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. For my needs and expectations, everything was fulfilled, even beyond the measure and initial expectations. The location of the campsite is great, right next to a river full of life (hippo, crocodile, lots of birds and Dik-Dik antelope right in the campsite, ...). The camp staff is just as wonderful as the food offerings. Comfort and equipment in the tent are more than enough for me. The possibility to charge the batteries and even the reach of the wifi signal, which is otherwise only available in the common areas of the camp. The campsite is very close to the Talek entrance gate, so it's really just a short off-road drive to the Masai Mara reserve. No more than 2-3 minutes. Drinking water is available all day and you can take it in your own bottles, even for a day-long game drive expedition. That is a very nice offer. Likewise, the attitude of Mustafa, the owner of the campsite, is very great! I definitely recommend this campsite and I definitely want to come back to it again in the future. However, what could definitely be improved is the stability of the power supply, which is apparently powered by an external generator and has been switching off/dropping quite often. And every morning it turned off very early, despite the fact that it was still dark or dim.

What are you waiting to complete your booking in Kambu Mara camp ? Absolutly perfect location if you dont want to stay inside the Park, only a couple of km away from the main gate. Nestled in the bush 1km from the main road, you will be sleeping with zebras, buffalos, and many more animals coming at day and night time. Perfectly clean tent rooms and common areas, super friendly couple own the place, definitly good vibes there.

With mountain views, Oseki Maasai Mara Camp is set about 2.5 km from the Maasai mara game reserve and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and garden. The one-day safari arranged by the camp was truly excellent – we were lucky to see cheetahs, many lions doing different things, great bird life, hyenas and more. Driving through faint tracks in the grass is a great experience, too. Hikes up the local mountain and through the bush in the morning were a great delight – amidst friendly giraffes, zebras and monkeys. We were lucky to see a mongoose or two. The camp was also able to arrange last-minute transfers for us from Nairobi airport when other transportation failed to show up as well as transportation to Nakuru. Tents are comfortable at night, with temperature of 18-20C inside, hot water is good if intermittent, food is good.
