The capsule was perfectly clean, the toilets too, they even had a spa (onsen) and all amenities were provided, including PJs. Perfect for one night's stay after arriving late at the airport. If your plane lands late and not at Terminal 1, you'll have to take a taxi to get to Terminal 1. I did that, and I didn't know where the entrance of the hotel at T1 was, and was momentarily stuck outside T1 at 1.30am in the morning. I called the hotel's number and they had thought I was not at the right terminal, however I walked a little bit and saw the sign to press the intercom button for the hotel staff to open the doors for me. The guy on the phone was really patient with me despite being a little lost in translation!

I used it many times to travel between Kawasaki station. Very useful when you got big luggage, since closest walk to train station is 10 mins, and sometimes windy. However, no shuttle from terminal3.

Inside, there's a large communal bath, an open-air bath, and a sauna, which I think is more than enough for a solo trip.

The staff on reception were friendly, and the room was bigger than the average hotel room in Tokyo. It was a very reasonable price for a one night stay. They offered a free shuttle to Haneda airport at different times in the day, which was very convenient. There is also a shuttle that takes you from the airport to the hotel too.
