The staff was always attentive made best efforts to please. Breakfast was a perfect way to start the day with individually prepared dishes not the usual buffet that one finds at similar hotels. Location was convenient and walkable. Kudos have to go to Elizabeth for creating a sophisticated oasis at Casa de Sol.

Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. The beds and pillows in Room 4 were comfortable (linens were not). The property is quiet. Staff was very friendly. Nice having a full kitchen on-site with a refrigerator to use for personal cold bottled water. Garrafon water provided 24/7. Pool and jacuzzis for those who want them (we did not). We had a room that faced towards Lake Chapala so the view was terrific. The garden is attractive. The staff accommodated our late arrival and were friendly throughout our 6 night stay.
