Location was great, we walked through Arab street with amazing views. Suitable for tourists. The receptionists are wonderful! They have 24/7 staff on standby. The lady that we didn't get to catch a name (very sorry) she was welcoming,chatty and simply amazing to have met ( super professional as well!). Afternoon shift sir was very accommodating and assisted my sister and I to have beds up and down of one another. The intro was also thorough. The night shift sir was super patient when we had to use the washers & dryers, guided us step by step and provided assistant when needed. I was absolutely surprised by the standard this capsule hotel had. Toilets were spacious and clean ( very important!). Thank you Dream Chaser team ! We absolutely enjoyed the stay and regret not staying longer!

the staff is awesome! the girl that is at the reception is super friendly. also the location is the best. just a few steps from all the tourist attractions. the breakfast is simple but everything you need to start your day everything was absolutely clean they allow you to leave your staff there if you want to do an early check in and a late check out. you have to leave your room at the time they ask but you can leave your things there. which is really good

The staff were really attentive. They take care of any problem we have. Hotel cleanliness is great. It was really comfortable and safe. Location is perfect, close to all other neighborhoods. At least the sleeping areas are closed and have a lock, not open like other hostels. The staff works really seriously and devotedly. I would like to thank them for helping me on this trip. The only place I will stay when I come to Singapore again. I wish Circular House employees good work, stay successful like this.
