The swimming pools are great! The property in general is really pretty. Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The restaurant's cuisine is exceptionally good for a hotel.

good location to the attractions but there are hills. it is a budget hotel so dont expect 5 star but its cheap, good beds and hot water. quiet. parking is off road and included. basic breakfast but there are some cafes nearby and an excellent buffet lunch place down the road. we were happy with the room and the service. note no English but not a problem

Good breakfast and service. Decent size bedroom with large Queen bed and comfy mattress. Clean bathroom with a good walk in shower. Staff were friendly and spoke English which was helpful as I didn't speak Portuguese. Had a paying car park which guests could use. Great Japanese restaurant at the hotel with a lively vibe. The interior decor was modern and well designed.

The lady who was at the reception was very helpful and friendly, the location was convenient and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were great and it was nice to relax on the balcony in the morning sun.

This was my second stay at the hotel. Like last time it was comfortable, clean and in a good location. Parking was also convenient and free. I left my phone charger in the room which was later returned to me - this suggests the staff are honest. I would definitely stay here again and thanks for returning my phone charger. Much appreciated. The wifi is also good. Staff were very friendly and spoke English.
