Really nice hotel in the center of Canillo. Excellent location, close to restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. Large well maintained room with beautiful bathroom. Comfortable beds and reliable Internet. It's a bit retro style and I love this. In any case excellent value for the money. The breakfast is also included and it is sweet-only and it's fine. I would be happy to come back and stay again. (The skiing season was just over so I cannot comment on this).

Went in September, weather was perfect.
Went in September, weather was perfect. Town was pleasant plenty of restaurants. Good base for exploring Andorra. Mountain roads were excellent but concentration required! Stunning views. Andorra main town, bustling, plenty of brand names shops and small shops, random sculptures. Also historic part of town very interesting buildings and plenty to see.

Nice small village, has a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, is family-friendly, and has really nice restaurants. Telecabina in the village is really good but no possibility to go direct to the slopes like from El Tarter or Soldeu. Very good bus connection to other villages.

Canillio is lovely and quiet for families, so no noisy night...
Canillio is lovely and quiet for families, so no noisy night clubs or bars. It is literally opposite the Gondola with fantastic facilities for children, for example, a children's play area, zip line, go karting on a rail, children's ski school and nursery.
The hotel Font d Argent had an indoor soft play area, the rooms were very spacious with a connecting room for the children and separate TV's too.
The restaurant was great. Always fresh food and a lot of choices.
What I really enjoyed was the friendliness of the staff and their ability to help you. We were able to book everything from the hotel (ski-passed, ski-school,... ), and the ski-shuttle was very appreciated.
The SPA was nice and clean, with a great sauna - exactly what you need after skiing.
The Irish Pub was a very nice addition to the hotel, a great place to relax in the evening.
Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is located within minutes of the ski bases - Encamp, Canillo, El Tartar, etc.
There is an awesome restaurant just below the hotel and the staff will help with reservations. Our two-bedroom suite was clean and comfortable. Historic church located just steps away.
The stuff was super nice, room very clean, the closest hotel you could find to canillo gondola, and great dinners. I'm vegetarian and every dinner the manager came to let me know what options I have to eat 😇
Thank you for a wonderful week! Next time will be in andorra will stay here, very recommended!!
The staff could not be friendlier & more helpful. The hotel is clean & comfy and the included breakfast is just right to set you up for a mornings skiing. Location is perfect, just a few hundred yards from the Gondola up to Canillo Sector. This was our second stay & we will be back next year.
There are walking trails right outside the apartment. There is also a really nice Irish bar just a short ish walk away in the Roc Mueller hotel. The walk into town isn't actually as far as it looks on Google maps as there are short cuts all the way down the hill. Views are amazing.
The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and equipped. It is perfectly located right in front of the Canillo telecabina and there is a Carrefour market and most of the town's restaurants very close to the flat. We had great communication with the host! Thank you Jose Luis!

Very central location, charming, well appointed, confortable, Smart TV, rustic but with modern conveniences, great key handoff and responsive host. Exceeded our expectations. We have found our place in Canillo
The location was very good. About 150 meters to the ski slope. In the center of the settlement of Canillo. Two grocery stores and all restaurants in the settlement within a radius of 100-150 meters.
Canillo is a nice little town with a few restaurants and cafes. It's really small, so there is no good or bad location there - everything is close. This property is not exceptional in any way.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and (very) multilingual!
Excellent value for money, and a very well-kept hotel. Would definitely come again!

L'Ovella Negra is exceptional. The moment we arrived I felt at ease. The space is soothing, the staff is charming, kind, and thoughtful, and the food was stunning.
Everything. The room was great, excellent breakfast choice and very tasty, the hotel at a walking distance to the slope. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.
The hotel is conveniently located very close to the ski lift.
Breakfast and dinner were amazing.
Rooms are very warm so we were not cold during nights.
