Where to start…. When you have been traveling alone for so long, you meet this amazing family and all of a sudden things just start to feel like home again. Ariel, is easily one of the best chefs in Argentina and does everything on your schedule. We shared a few glasses of wine together. But when you want your own space, there is no pressure, it was fantastic. Something I’ve never done before in my 18 years of travelling alone, and it opened my eyes. The food Ariel cooks is like a Michelin star restaurant, but bring your appetite. It’s a lot of food. The cozy cabin feeling and the comfort of your own room with its own washroom make it the perfect place to just relax. I’ve been all over the world and usually like the “high end” accommodations, but this was something special.
