Great location within walking distance of T3/4. Lovely family run business, with great facilities including a common lounge and kitchen as well as large bed room. This is not a negative as you are warned before you book about the lack of restaurants etc, so come prepared or expect to travel or order in for food. I grabbed food at the airport that worked well for me. Short walk to the beautiful Swan River where there are boardwalks and wetlands which make wonderful walking. Super friendly host. Had a great chat over breaky in the morning and even dropped me at the airport to save the walk. Great stay, thanks Jim.
