I had two stays at this hotel, before and after a tour of the island. So, some of this is similar to my other review.
Reservation and desk staff are helpful. The hotel location is good, "next door" to Woolworth's grocery and a short walk to the waterfront for restaurants.

Incredible location, right in the heart of the City. A great space to explore local bars and restaurants from, and right on the Salamanca market road if youre staying for a saturday morning. Would highly recommend, a lovely boutique stay for a couple. They knew it was our anniversary and left a lovely postcard in the room on arrival which was a nice touch.

Really well located, and the room was very comfortable. Staff went the extra mile to let us know that we had left something behind and were able to mail it to us.

Perfect little park to stay at over the weekend for family sports. Quick location, love the view over the bridge on the way!
Room was easy layout, had everything we needed to be comfortable for the night, and the bed was comfy!!
Reception was amazingly easy to deal with, nothing was an issue which I really appreciated after being in the cold and rain all day.
We will definitely be back next time we need a room
