Booked an executive king room which is in fact 2 single mattresses pushed together. Not comfortable at all. Staff did move us to a queen room which was helpful.
Check-in and out was relatively easy but we requested late check-out due to a late flight and were quoted an extra $380!

The size of our spa suite was amazing! We travel alot and have stayed at many luxurious hotels at a far more higher price point and not been as impressed with the room as we were at the Lakes.
