Could have been worse. It is a well developed place with many stores but not really good for a beach holiday - the beaches are tiny and there's nowhere to park if you are a visitor. Lots of new developments and multistorey apartment buildings very close to each other, which gives the place a big city vibe. The place has no unique character and has lost its connection to nature.

Regarding the resort: Probably the most beautiful resort we have seen in Bulgaria. It's clean, the people are friendly, civilized, with plenty of restaurants, clubs, and at least decent shops. We recommend it from every point of view; we believe that Sveti Vlas is the loveliest Bulgarian resort we've been to.

Sveti Vlas used to be small, quaint village 3 decades ago. Now, it looks like the suburbs of a metropolitan area, build without any planning vision. There are too many building next to each other making you suffocate. Sveti Vlas is lacking the structure of a sea city with a nice walking area for the visitors. In addition, there are no regulation for parking and lack of good parking spaces. Cars are all over the places and create an ugly picture. Some buildings offer parking space yet at arrival the visitor is informed there isn't parking. Then, the adventure starts to find a place or or return back and leave or find another property. Equipment is new. Also big advantage is fast and reliable wifi in every room, because mobile data is not reliable and slow in Sveti Vlas. Kindly guys in reception. Inside and also outside is regularly maintained. Is possible to wash legs after come back from beach. Doors to apartments and beach are with access code and also possible to open by chip on keys, so very simple access. Im fully satisfied!

The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we hope we get a chance to stay in the hotel again.

The pool area and garden were very well maintained with a pleasant outside eating area shaded by a grapevine. The location is good and even though it is very close to the main road it is very quiet. We booked transfers directly with the hotel which worked out very well.
