Location and the beach are amazing. The hotel is old and the main areas are fine but the rooms need renovation. Gardens and main pool area are great even though the pool needs to be cleaned more often. Value for money could be better considering rooms need to be renovated.

The beach areas were great during the day and the night life was fantastic. Easy to get around and we all felt very safe in any part of the city. We will definitely revisit Arraial d'Ajuda in the future. Really enjoyed every minute in this great little town.

Location is excellent, very near to the main street (Rua do Mucugê) with many excellent restaurants and bars. Also near to Mucuge beach (short ˜150m walk). Food at the hotel restaurant is also great. And the view to the ocean is breath taking. Shower and bed are also excellent in the room, which was sparkling clean. And talk about breakfast! Very nice with the option of having fresh handmade options like tapiocas, omeletes, scrambled eggs, etc. at request.

Lastly as the name states you get to see the sagui monkeys close up and the staff will even give you bananas to feed them by hand! Facilities were very cleanly and with 24/7 security and only 8 rooms we felt very very safe!

I really loved to do yoga on the terrace. As they just started the hotel probably it will be even nicer when you visit.
