There was a mix up at the Barrudada check in. I thought I reserved a room type online at Booking.com for 3 people but they said it was for 2. The most interesting part of Santarem
The most interesting part of Santarem is the boardwalk along the Tapajos river from where you can see the Amazon and the Tapajos waters come together. You can book boat tours to visit the area or just walk around and watch the public transportation boats that go up and down the river.

Beautiful city right by two huge rivers, Rio Tapajós and Rio Amazonas Just an hour away from beautiful Alter do Chão Village with its amazing beaches. People are very friendly and the food is amazing.
