Our stay here was the absolute best!!! This hotel is definitely missing a star. Exceptional personal customer care service from everyone there, and more in line with a 5 star hotel. The rooms actually looks better than in photos online. We stayed in the 2 story 3 bedroom ocean view suite! Beautiful Large rooms, well built, with heavy mahogany doors, no exterior noise filtering in and the beds!!! I slept like a baby!!! The suite included it‘s own private washer & dryer that was in a locked closet in our room, and only the housekeeper had access. We put our clothes in the basket and inform the front desk in the morning, and it would be washed the same day. The concierge scheduled all our tours, our taxi driver Adrian was the best, our snorkeling tour guide (aka) candyman was fantastic! The hotel have their own fleet of golf carts to rent. We‘re already planning our next trip. It’s wonderful to see and experience this type of service in my homeland!!! The Grand Caribe Luxury hotel and it‘s staff is amazing!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location was stunning. The smaller property scale was great for us. One of the front desk staff members was good (we were relieved when she was on duty), as was the guy who ran the water sports. He was really good with my teens in particular. We enjoyed the position on the island. Food on site was good. Beds were comfortable, and property was quiet.

The location was great. It was a bit farther away from the noise and bustle of San Pedro but close enough that we could hop on our golf cart and be in town in about 10 minutes. We couldn’t believe our luck that we were in walking distance to the Truck Stop. We spend two nights there enjoying all the activities. Our breakfast each morning was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to go and eat. I highly recommend this property.

The property is colocated in a good area. Its halfway to join and halfway to the beaches up north. The drinks at the pool deck are well poured and its a beautiful view. The room service delivered fresh food within a reasonable time.
