1. Bugs in the basement room: One downside we encountered was the presence of bugs, particularly on the basement floor and walls. This was a bit unsettling and affected the overall comfort of that particular room.
2. Lack of adequate cooling in the living room: The living room had large windows that allowed for plenty of natural light, but during the day, it became uncomfortably hot. The air-conditioning system struggled to cool the room adequately, which was a bit disappointing.
Despite the cons mentioned, the Blue Mountain Chalet offered several appealing features. Its spacious living room, extensive amenities, ample bedrooms, and convenient location near Blue Mountain attractions made it an enjoyable stay. While improvements could be made in terms of bug control and cooling in the living room, overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

Nice place but not groomed well.
Nice place but not groomed well. Only 2 green runs (there is a third but it was not quite narrow and technical) so not the greatest place for someone who is a novice or who prefers leisurely skiing. This was my second time and left feeling the same way. Not sure I would return for the skiing.

Convenient location, the bus shuttle worked even on his day off. The staff at the hotel were perfectly friendly and helpful. Only one thing: the sauna and changing room in swimming pool were not working.

Blue Mountain village is so beautiful you feel like you are walking in a hallmark movie. Despite the cold winter wind and snow hitting you in your face you will be memorized by the picturesque of the village.

The property that we stayed at was the GRAND GEORGIAN,
I was not at all impressed we had a suite with one bedroom and kitchen.
The suite was quite dirty -the carpets were so old and worn and the placed smelled like a sewer. I cannot believe how old this place is and the allergies that me and my family experienced was not good.
Also no pool at these facilities nothing for the kids to do the whole time we were there.
Will not book here again. Felt very gross in this room not up to par at all.

Loved the snowboard facilities, winter village and amenities. They need to provide more parkong space for tourists. I highly recommend renting your ski & snowboard gear at Mountainside Sports at affordable rates and the staff are phenomenal (address: 774 Mountain Rd, The Blie Mountains, ON L9Y 5G1, Link: www.skirentalsbluemountaon.com).
Luxury acommodation with everything that you need to feel yourself at home: very comfortable beds, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, bar. Very close to different attraction: Collingwood, Blue Mountains village, Scandinavian Spa, Scenic Cave, multiple beaches, waterfalls, spectacular scenery. The same time very private and quiet location. Laura is amazing host. We definitely would like to comeback soon.
Ckeck in was very easy to do. Apartment was very cozy and nice. Especially we loved the bed it was very high feels like you are sleeping in a luxury hotel. Apartment was clean and have absolutely everything you might need during your stay. And it is right away next to ski lift. Few minutes drive from the Blu mountain city center.
Everything was perfect the restaurant in the hotel it’s not the greatest but the hotel was amazing ! The staff super clean the pool was amazing I don’t have anything bad to say about the hotel!! Hotel it’s not cheap but it worth every dollar paid pet friendly even provided us with q dog bed and dog bowls
The host Richard is very nice, show us around the property. Staff were friendly as well. . My furry daughter was very happy, she had less restriction staying at the property vs a hotel. My husband enjoy the trail. Area is quiet, we slept better than the time we stayed at a hotel in the village.
Beautiful resort, very expensive. There was a charge to do everything. Staff that we encountered were very nice, but hard to find staff in hotel. They provided a number to text for help which worked very well. Staff at all of the restaurants were really nice.
This is a beautiful hotel/resort. The rooms are very large and well kept / well equipped. It feels like a resort condo, there is a front door and back door that backs onto the lake, pools and playground. Very lovely hotel, only two complaints / concerns.
The townhouse was clean and spacious in a very quiet neighborhood close to the Blue Mountain Village (10 min walk). The outdoor pool was heated, the water clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room big. We will come back.
Location was good, Blue Mountain Village was a short drive from the property.
Breakfast was not included in the package, but the kitchen had all the facilities and we were able use it to prepare our own breakfast.
great location,,11 minutes walk from the village,,clean,,the river grass property is very clean and spacious,,view is great,,overall great place to stay,,all of the amenities are there
A very peaceful property to relax at by the pool that also had a sauna and hot tub. It’s very close to the Blue Mountain village, the ski hills and the golf course.
