The size of the room worked well with the couch and the bed rather than two beds or a smaller room. Everything was clean and working. The pool gave the opportunity to get some exercise and relax. Staff ,on at the time ,gave us access to the pool immediately when we requested.
Food was good. Decaf coffee was offered as well as regular. Sausage was available , which made my spouse smile.

I stayed 10 days.
Very comfortable beds, easy check-in/check out.
Rooms are quite large with coffee/tea kettle, microwave and fridge.
Room is cleaned every 2 days, although if you need anything such as new towels or would like your room cleaned, it’s no problem at all.
Reception staff are very professional, and friendly. There are free amenities near the reception desk if you forgot anything such as toothbrush, cream, feminine hygiene products, razor and shaving cream, etc.
There is always coffee available by reception, different roasts, decaf or tea. Very handy. Breakfast is good - variety of warm and cold breakfast options. Fresh fruit and yogurt, make your own waffles station.

The location is amazing. The games room was great but the shuffleboard table certainly needs a good sanding. Rooms were great but pull out bed was terrible. I could feel every spring.

We were only here on an overnight visit after going to a show at the Upper Canada Playhouse. The weather was cool and overcast so although we drove around for a bit did not really take in the sights. The downtown area is a must to see though and holds an old time charm that should not be missed. From historical period homes and lovely shops/stores to visit and all set against the mighty St Lawrence River. We have promised ourselves to go back when it gets warmer and take full advantage of the area.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay in Brockville and found enough to do there. The town is pleasant to explore with some nice shops and restaurants. The museum and railway tunnel are interesting, the river cruise is fun, the scenery beautiful and the waterside location relaxing. Pace of life feels slow and this is reflected in some of the service we experienced in the restaurants. There are opportunities for swimming and boating but we did not try these. We also did not visit the Aquatarium but this looks good especially for children. Overall a really nice place to visit where the locals seem to take a great pride in their town and their history.

I loved walking on the water front, just fantastic views of the St. Lawrence Seaway.
We had a great meal at the pub at Tall Ships Landing.
Loved the 1000 Islands cruise, worth the money paid for 1.5 hours.
I found the city quaint, with its beautiful old historic buildings, squares and churches, a real little jewel.
People were very friendly.
Pay parking available, and free parking for 2 hours also available, so that was great.
Did not like that most of the restaurants closed by 9 or 10 pm, some even by 7 pm.

It is a charming little town with interesting things to view and within a short distance of Seaway towns.
We ate at Chucks, which is within easy walking distance of the Inn. The menu was huge, great service, very reasonable prices, wish the restaurant was closer to where we live!

Small town with lots of amenities - golf course located only a few kilometres from downtown, multiple marinas, choice of restaurants and cuisines, small shops as well as big box stores, Brockville Tunnel, Brock trail that runs through good length of town, Mac Johnson Conservation area, situated on St. Lawrence River in the Thousand Islands, easy access via 401 or RT 2.
Breakfast was just ok,the food being mediocre,COVID 19 severely affected the service through no fault of the hotels.
The location was good, near a lot of commercial establishments and restaurants.
Also the pool was not open, which was not stated at the time of booking and we were looking forward to using it,and no discount was offered as I feel there should have been since it was touted as being a Benifit of staying at the hotel.
The breakfast staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The checkin clerk was friendly but was not able to address any of our issues at check in and later in the evening. And although the error was misleading pictures on both holiday Inn & booking website she made seem like the “error” in booking was my fault.
Our hosts at this bed and breakfast were exceptional, we had a most enjoyable stay and this would without doubt be our first choice to stay on our next visit to Brockville! The accommodations were spacious, clean and super comfortable; literally a home away from home!
I woke a bit too late for breakfast, but the breakfast room was large enough to fit in a large number of guests and was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again!
Excellent location in downtown Brockville. The rooms are unique as the property was previously a bank. Our accommodations also included a private outdoor patio with a two person hot tub.
I must commend the hotel on one aspect—the quality and comfort of the beds. Despite the issues I encountered, the beds were a saving grace, providing a good night's sleep.
Very good access from the main. Neat, clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Excellent value for money. Better than holiday Inn in Toronto that we stayed before this.
Great suite. Very large, more like a full apartment. Warm gas fireplaces. Nice historic building. If you are looking for a place to stay in Brockville this is it.
