    The town is ok but the surroundings are lovely like yerbas...

    The town is ok but the surroundings are lovely like yerbas buenas historical town or spring waters like Quinamavida or Panimavida or Colbun lake. I stayed at Santa Maria Hotel which is on its way to Panimavida, very good not far from Linares (15’) The market place is good to buy crafts or to have typical Chilean food

    The breakfast was very good for the location. It's canteen-style - you come up with a tray, and are given an egg and some bread. The lady who makes the breakfast was very sweet and helped us understand what we should have. The parking lot is also very secure. This is more of a "working" hotel - what I mean by that is a lot of people there were there for jobs and took off early the next morning, around 5 AM. The price is very good for Chile and if you come here, know it is a budget location.

    Breakfast was excellent. There was a large array of items to choose from. It was well presented and the staff were always amicable. A very good standard. The food at the bar was excellent, highly recommend Churrasco a lo Italiano, the staff both at the bar and at reception were friendly. The Hotel is a good representative for the region and the country.
