L'esmorzar era típic de la regió i molt bo (arepa con huevo, huevos rancheros, huevos pericos, fruita, etc). El personal era molt amable, atent, simpàtic i servicial, sobretot la senyora Josefa que normalment era a recepció i en tot moment es va mostrar disponible i atenta a nosaltres. A més, ella ens va oferir el servei turístic de l'hotel per evitar fraus al carrer, la noia que ens va organitzar els tours (María si no recordo malament), molt amable i simpàtica, ens va adaptar un itinerari als dies que estaríem allà, amb visita a les illes i tot, recomanat.
