The rooms are large and spacious , with a big balcony and a fridge. The pool was great and breakfast was the best of all the places that we stayed at during a 15 day stay on the island of Santiago. I would have given Falucho Paradise beach a 9 or a 10 except for the fact that they messed up our booking. Originally confirming an extension of stay and then cancelling it, meaning that we had to find something else at short notice when in fact there was availability.

We had a really good stay here! We loved the environment, we all had our own room (with 3) and we definitly felt like home here. What a beautiful view, what a nice place to hike and what a nice hosts. There's a lot of sounds here from animals, but that was part of the experience here. Waking up here was a gift; the cocks, birds, dogs, donkeys... No warm water, no WiFi, just nature. The food in the restaurant (we had breakfast and diner, also vegetarian) was good. People around were so friendly and helpful during our hike. We felt so safe. This was our favourite stay on Santiago. Thank you (obrigada)

Tiziana and Maurizio are lovely hosts, we had a great time. They are real genuine good people! They also have a social project, supporting single mothers, which we found very touching. We had some nice chats and they gave super recommendations on what to do on our last day in Cabo Verde. Maurizio prepared breakfast for us personally, which was the best we had in CV! Even the cakes he bakes himself! We just stayed for one night, before our flight home the next evening. They even offered leaving our bags behind as the room wasn't booked for the next night. We could go back to have a rest and a shower before our night flight, which was a huge help and very thoughtful, as my partner got sick on our last days and needed an extra siesta before the travel. I did not manage to say good-bye properly, so here is a huge: GRAZIE! I wish you all the best and good luck with your new business!

The host/staff were really nice to us. They made sure we have a pleasant stay. Even gave us flowers because it was national women's day and they were genuinely friendly. They spoke French and very little English but we know a little French and we used also translator app, and there was no problems. The host offered us a ride to Praia as she was also going there.

The property was great. Nice views and near to the hiking trails. Very powerful shower. Free strong Wi-Fi in the public areas. Amazing manager who was fluent in English and strives to ensure everybody was happy.

The location is great, the breakfast terrace is nice. Overall it was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially for this price. The breakfast was nice. They serve a little too much bread for my taste though, but it is abundant and filling. The fruits are a nice touch. More vegetarian options would be better, but you need to watch and ask specifically in Cabo Verde anyway, if you have a special diet. I can really recommend the restaurant "below", where you have several veg options and the staff is super nice 🙂.
