It was our second stay at this hotel. It's definitely the best place around Brno for somebody who don't want to be in the city but want to access the city easily. There is a tram near the Hotel so you can be in the city within minutes if you would like but you can take a hike on the mountain near the Hotel or just have a good beer in the many pubs near the Hotel so it's really a win-win.

The hotel's proximity to the historic center was a major highlight, allowing us to explore all the recommended tourist attractions on foot. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Breakfast offered a satisfying variety. Additionally, convenient parking access was a significant advantage. Even on our check-out day, we could leave our car in the parking lot until the end of the day, enabling us to fully enjoy our last moments without the hassle of finding alternative parking.

The 2nd largest Czech city, Brno is a centre of Moravian culture, surrounded by lush countryside. The twin spires of the hilltop Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul dominate the neighbouring Bishops Palace, while the nearby square houses the Moravia Museum and Reduta Theatre, both the oldest in the country.
Beneath the square is Brno Underground, a maze of medieval tunnels and cellars that once housed wine produced in the surrounding region. There is an annual wine festival here, but the largest event is the Ignis Brunensis fireworks competition by Brno Lake to the north-west, lined by trees that hide Veveří Castle.
A less grand castle - Špilberk - sits on a hill in the city centre. At its feet is Masaryk University, the 2nd largest in the Czech Republic. The city’s Mendel University is named after the genetics founder who was abbot of St Thomas’ Abbey, where a museum commemorates his work.
The nearby Brno Exhibition Centre is of functionalist design, but the most important example of this architectural style is UNESCO World Heritage-listed Villa Tugendhat. On the opposite side of the city is Masaryk Circuit, home of the Czech MotoGP.
The Brno accommodation on Booking.com includes cheap hostels near the train station, guest houses near Freedom Square and hotels by Brno-Tuřany Airport.
Very interesting city with its own unique personality.
Very interesting city with its own unique personality. Great activities for kids, such as Science museum or Observatory. Nice parks, city centre and other nice squares. I recommend Soul Bistro and Jean Paul's restaurant. Excellent food with even better service. The city centre is small so we walked everywhere with no problem.

A characterful city. The local authorities have gone to considerable effort to highlight the points of interest with descriptive literature, in fact some of the best cover I have come across. The Tourist Office is well worth a visit

Great city to visit, we stayed way too short, but are already planning the next visit. Many things to see, many places to visit, great food options. We went to the park around the castle, checked out few recommended food spots and also Vida! which is an amazing thing to do if you travel with kids, highly recommended.

Brno is a city you can enjoy without a hurry even if you are there just for the weekend, the city has beautiful historic buildings, excellent museums(with good and free WCs), many theaters, the attractions can be reached on foot if you stay in the center. There are many cafes and many lavander products (even food).

The more you visit Brno, the better it gets. Compared to Prague, there could be no more distant twins - same state, same geographical topology, yet so much different history, mixture of cultures, peoples.

I have been to Brno a number of times and there is always something new to do. The standard of hospitality is very high - great restaurants and wine bars. To recommend one, I would choose Borgo Agnese. The city is also culturally rich - music, history, art. A fabulous city.
Modern and clean room, nicely warm in December, great shower, nice breakfast (including fresh fruit and fresh vegetables, and prosecco), very friendly staff. Tea and coffee available in the breakfast room non-stop. Very dog friendly! And you can walk your dog easily in an open space few minutes from the hotel. Also very close to the main station and to the city centre (walking distance). The parking in the private yard right under the balcony. A couple of cafés and eateries nearby, in the modern office buildings complex.
We felt at home, with Bea always present very kind for any need we had. The apartment was very comfortable, cozy, quiet with a wonderful balcony with a very nice and relaxing view of a woody hill and neighborhood gardens. Bea is better than a five stars hotel concierge, providing the best and most useful information on any matter we needed for. The center is easy to reach by tram which stops 200 meters from the house. We will come again for sure.
The way that staff handled my check-in, check-out and breakfast were as quick and hassle-free as it gets. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast choices were very good. Room was very clean and there was a small balcony to enjoy. Complementary bottle of sparkling water was a very nice touch. The hotel is located in a quiet street just a few minutes of walk from the train station and the city centre.
Quiet location in a lovely restored old building on the outskirts of Brno. City Centre is easily accessible by tram no. 8 (end of the line is about 6-7 mins on foot from the hotel, the hotel sells tram tickets). Rooms were nice, cleaning service was very efficient, staff were friendly. There was a good variety of food available for breakfast, we rated this highly. So thoroughly recommended!
The host was very helpful. She arranged last minute parking as I mistakenly thought I had booked it. She patiently waited whilst we got lost in Brno getting to the apartment, GPS not as reliable as phone maps it turns out! Apartment was perfect for both location and equipment and it had reliable wifi. pillows and matress best so far through Czech republic. Definitely a place to stay.
I travelled for work with my colleagues. This was my fourth stay in the hotel since 2020. So I am obviously satisfied here and get exactly what I need. I admire rich breakfast offer, high level of cleanliness, and location (10 minutes walk from the city centre). I also like the quite environment, as I could not hear any noise around or inside the hotel, and could always sleep well.
This is one of the best hotels around the world that I have stayed in. Excellent service, spotlessly clean everywhere including the street outside, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff all on a fabulous location on the market square and a couple of minutes walk from the high street. Five minutes walk from where the airport shuttle bus stops.
Amazing room on the top floor looking over the town square. Really nice bathroom with quality Italian soaps. Cool art deco hotel lobby. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. About as central a location as you can get. Only place in Brno I'll stay if I come again.
The hotel is located right in the hear of Brno and could not be bettered.
It is a small characterful hotel.
The room was on the top floor and whilst very good there were quite a few wooden beams presenting the odd physical obstacle.
Breakfast was very good.
Location is perfect for visiting the city centre. The hotel has the typical character of a business hotel, rather not for a long stay (it's not particularly cosy), but for a weekend or extended weekend super. There was a large selection of food at breakfast.
We chose this hotel on the basis that it was within easy walking distance of the city centre, main sights and city transport, and were fully satisfied with it in that respect. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Bed comfortable, linen and towels good quality.
Belcredi rates at the top of our worldwide list in terms of value for the money - it's not a five star hotel, but every aspect is excellent considering the moderate price. For example: nice bathrooms, great breakfasts, helpful staff and beautiful grounds.
Amazing breakfast with omlette made personally, fresh juice machine and prosecco! Nice clean and fresh hotel with brewery and good craft beer. Absolutely recommend and want to come again. Very close to city centre. Convenient parking.
We stayed in Brno for treatment at Reprofit. This hotel is literally next door to Reprofit which made it wonderful for us. Great breakfasts and nice rooms. I think it’s a great value, would go again!
