Stunning view, friendly, service-minded staff, excellent facilities. The location can normally only be reached by a funicular. When heavy winds prevented its operation, as we were about to leave, the hotel organized a car to take us down to the valley (on a path that only experienced drivers would be able to use). Kudos to the driver and the hotel.

A beautiful quiet setting with views of the lake and a lovely balcony to take in the views in the sunshine. The apartment is small but with a comfortable large bed and good seating and adequate kitchenette space where tea and coffee were provided. The bathroom and shower are superb. Sandra has decorated in a very tasteful and thoughtful way. She was extremely kind and helpful when we locked ourselves out of the apartment, thank you Sandra!
