The hotel is located next to the nile, it has two pools that are a great to rest and chill out after a day of visiting the ruins around Luxor. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, we had a suite with an extra bed for our child. The buffet breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was able to give us 2 adjoing rooms which accommodated our family of 4 adults perfectly. Breakfast was excellent with extensive choices. The breakfast staff were attentive and very friendly. The swimming pool is huge, but also has a more shallow part which is perfect for non-swimmers or children. The garden with its wandering flock of stay-at-home flamingos is a refreshing oasis of trees and flowers in this desert land.

Location is central. Historic building with amazing garden (trees, flamingos, pool etc). All furniture and decoration moves you to the old days) everything was comfortable, however you should be ready for old and a bit dusty facilities. Old Cataract in Aswan is the same age but looks much modern and luxury. Breakfast is good in a nice place.
