We had a late check in, at 2 am and we were very well received, we were given a welcome drink and dinner was served at that time. The bedroom and bathroom are quite spacious, well decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The Wi-Fi in the room works very well and the windows are equipped with mosquito nets, which is great. The hotel is very clean, the room and bathroom were spotless and super sanitized. In the bathroom there is a basket with various hygiene kits that come in handy. Whenever we requested something we needed, the service was done on time, very efficient and effective. The food is divine, with very good portions and variety! The staff are fantastic, super friendly, helpful and very polite, always with a smile on their faces and ready to help! We didn't have the opportunity to try the tours offered by the hotel because we already had other tours previously booked, but I believe that the hotel's tours will certainly have as much quality as this one. Without a doubt, I will return to this hotel on my next stay in Cairo and will recommend it to all my friends. This hotel deserves more than 5 stars and if you are undecided about your stay, book with this hotel, you won't regret it!
