Very basic hotel but very nice and ok! Clean Room, facilities are ok. You have place for parking. It's a good value for money, especially if you travel alone or just need a place to sleep and a quick breakfast.

The place is spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable.
The area is perfect , and there is a supermarket on the door step.

I didn’t go around too far as the hotel area is quite away from main attractions. The area looks very much like an industrial state with many big businesses around.
Probably the hotel would be handy for business travel with contacts nearby.
For holidays and proper Valencia life, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel or area.

This is not a tourist attraction area, so nothing much to see or do . Staying here for work is not a good idea as public transport is not good. City centre , which is about 20 min metro ride from here, has a few attractions, best of which is san Nicholas church. It has frescos all over the walls , size of the hall may be about 200 feet by hundred feet. Going to the new imax Cinema will take around an hour with multiple transport changes.

The bed was comfortable, the parking was free, the cleaning services were good, but as an overview the stay was not so pleasant for a 3-star hotel. No coffee after breakfast, no restaurant in the weekend, furniture in bad shape, nothing to see within the walking distance.
People on the reception were kind and friendly, with good spoken English. I asked for the second blanket and the receptionist brought it for me despite the late hour. The apartment itself is quite basic and not really new, but there were all necessary things to live. Big car parking just in front of the building. They are pet friendly, and that's why we chose this hotel.
The appartement is very clean and tidy, the host friendly and open.
The room where I stayed is all I asked for with a big, comfy bed and enough space. Bathroom with all you need.
Easy to find and enter the appartment, close to grocery stores or other shopping facilities and parcs. If you wanna get to the airport you can get the Paterna cabs nearby for about 7 euros.
Modern and economic hotel for business travellers close to a business park in outskirts of Valencia. It has all the basics for a pleasant stay. A bus to the Valencia Congress Palace and Valencia Center has a stop very close to the Hotel (about every hour. On weekend only 3x a day). I enjoyed very much the rooftop swimming pool after a day of work.
The location of the hotel was great - close to everything I needed and I was able to enjoy the surrounding attractions and local activities.
All in all, my stay in this hotel suite exceeded my expectations and I would happily recommend it to all travelers who want to truly enjoy their stay in this wonderful place.
... we cooked fish. Mussels. Morcilla. Octopus. It was great to ear delicious food and not have to spend a ton of money. José is flexible with check in and check out!
Paterna is well connected so getting on the train to spend a day at La Marina or Port Saplaya was easy!
It is quite good in terms of value for money. It is a bit outside the old town. We were travelling by car, so it was not a problem for us. The room was clean. Beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is free outside the hotel.
The hotel itself was great. Ample free parking, large rooms, WIFI was perfect, staff was extremely attentive, smiling and helpful. A particular great touch was the complimentary coffee and tea at the lobby - I loved that!
The hotel staff was very attentive and aimed to please. The large selection for the breakfast buffet was great. The lobby bar is open 24 hrs making a great place to hangout for a night cap.
Breakfast was really good and the staff was very helpful! The room was basic, but still very functional. The hotel also offers parking, but we didn't use it.
