The cottage looks better than in the pictures. Clean, everything you need in the kitchen, space for 10 people. Amazing place, waiting for us even with the Xmas tree 🎄. Definitely it is in our list to come again.

Small little cosy hotel, I was allowed to leave luggage and come in and out in the afternoon as my flight was at night. My room was very basic with small bathroom. Breakfast was nice. Communal areas were fine. There are cross country skiing trail 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and nature is lovely. Hotel is closed to all amenities. I don't think you are able to rent skis from them, but check.
Be aware that no fault of the hotel but transport from and to the airport is very expensive given that it takes less than 10min by car. There are no busses so you must get a cab or you can walk - I arrived and left after dark so not possible to do this with icy road.
Located in Ruka, 47 km from Riisitunturi National Park, Iisakki Village provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant.
