The food & beverage staff at the Adults Only wing are excellent - and none of the negative parts of our review should involve them at all. They were all warm, friendly, and great at their jobs. They were a true highlight of our stay at the resort. We were allowed to check in early to the room, by just one hour, which there was no pressure from us to do so - so we were grateful for that, but then in comparison to the rest of our stay and the general effort involved, it really lacked in comparison to other stays/resorts. I think maybe we just sort of fell through the cracks. They even tried to tell us they'd upgraded our stay with free minibar, but I'd already paid for that prior to arriving, and I just didnt want to get into it with the reception and ruin the mood. Without me asking they said they'd moved our room, as if it was an upgrade but it had no extra facilities or anything, no view - it was the same room type but up the stairs. We were particularly friendly and voiced we'd just got married a few days earlier, we were excited to be there, thought there might be one or two maybe small special inclusions for us, and that was met with friendliness sure, but not any actions, so if you're looking for a special time, there are other resorts to look at first. This place is very expensive with less inclusions. It's clean though, and it's new, and there's lots of people around for a busy atmosphere. Depends what you're looking for. I do really want to acknowledge again how lovely the Food & Drink staff are though at that Adults Only wing, again to say they're attentive to their jobs, professional and kind. The Jet Skiing for us was also a highlight - whilst we feel it's too expensive for what it is in general, it was a great morning to enjoy, and we thought the guide was great, as was the check-in process for the activity. The snorkelling off the island we went to on the jet ski was fantastic.

Nalagi is a good hotel for business as well as family travel. It is located close to a major shopping centre; has a good restaurant, and not too far from the airport.

Nothing. Very bad.the pictures are deceiving. I am a handicap person and the facility is misrepresenting.no handicap excess at all.bathtub shakes underneath. Vanity pipe loose n moving side to side.no internet.pool dirty.i didn't like anything.

This place deserves a better rating than what we saw. True, it’s not your resort hotel to stay at for days, but for a transfer hotel between flights or ferries to the outer islands it is great. The rooms are simple and comfortable, the beds are comfortable. The grounds are clean and well kept, a small oasis! And the staff are so accommodating. We had a late night flight and they allowed us to linger after checkout time and arranged for a transfer to the airport for us.

Many highlights of which the staff really stand out. Ralph was so very amazing and accomodating. The location of the shack was also very nice, away from the really touristy resort shenanigans so very quite and peaceful but with amenities nearby. It was also nice to have our own private pool in the high temperatures we encountered

Place is nice, located near town but still very private. My two young ones felt safe and stayed at the place by themselves when they want. Host is awesome, friendly and very helpful .
