Staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The hotel is very clean and modern and well designed. The room was adequate although lacked a suitable workspace. USB charging points by the bed - excellent. The bathroom was very clean and modern with light up mirror. The bed was very comfortable. Location was good for where I needed to go. The restaurant offers a limited selection of good food. Ancenis is a very good base for exploring Nantes and Angers.
The landlady of this hotel speaks good English, and she is helpful and hospitable.
There's a lot of parking close to the hotel, and though some spaces are restricted for the Thursday market, there are ample alternatives.
The hotel is spotless and the beds are very comfortable.
