In the village, easy parking, walked to a lovely restaurant advised and kindly booked by the lady of the hotel. Slept well, was able to open the window. Good night sleep.

We liked the very good breakfast with so many homemade ingredients and with a different cake every day, the kindness of our hosts always ready to share their best adresses and the fact the house was in a very quiet part of Andernos. The lovely swimming pool and the jacuzzi of course

Isabelle and Patrick were amazing hosts. So kind and helpful. Breakfast was an optional extra but well worth it. Beautifully presented and delicious. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated, with extra touches like cotton buds! We would definitely stay here again. It was a bit too far to walk into the town but we always managed to find somewhere to park. Another time we would probably hire bikes as loads of people cycle in the area

We have stayed in locations around Arcachon previously, by Andernos les Bains was by far the nicest place we have stayed. Good restaurants and shops including supermarkets. The cycle facilities were outstanding and the town had a nice sea front. Thoroughly recommend Andernos without reservation.

It was a lovely area with nice beach.
It was a lovely area with nice beach.
The staff at restaurant Chez L'Oncle Phil were very welcoming and the food was lovely.
Staff at the Information Centre however, were not overly friendly or helpful. Would have liked to have taken a boat from Andernos les Bain to Arcachon but could not get information on this, We found the boat ourselves during our stay but we were too late and it was full.
The cafe at Cape Ferrat. Extremely expensive - 2 soft drinks nearly £13.00

There is a lot to do in the region.
There is a lot to do in the region. I was a bit afraid to visit out of season, but it might have been a good time to go. Less crowds and still the weather was acceptable and by comparison to other regions in France at the same time, probably better. We had a small rental car to get around and that made visiting easier with our very limited time. We ate fresh seafood at Chez Huguette and that was a good experience, though I think you could probably choose any seaside restaurant and get fresh and delicious food at a fair price. I would return again to Andernos-les-Bains, but next time I would allow more time.

A lovely seaside resort on the Arcachon bay.
A lovely seaside resort on the Arcachon bay. The sunsets were quite stunning. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants and a great weekly market. Felt quite an upmarket place. Quieter that nearby Arcachon but it is easy to visit. Beaches are only available dependent on the tides and so do not have any sunbeds etc so you would need to factor that in if you were thinking of sunbathing on them. If you love seafood this is the place to be but even on a week nights restaurant reservations are needed for the better places.

We enjoyed our stay very much and felt relaxed despite the COVID-19 restrictions.
The walking streets and boutiques were great. We didn’t visit at the best time due to the virus.
But found delicious seafood and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

This is a beautiful hotel overlooking the bay. Very high standard indeed and a real attention to detail.
We ended up here after a disastrous experience at Siblu Les Viviers so it was last minute . Staff so helpful excellent pool breakfast cocktails and view is stunning. Rooms spotless and luxurious
The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Set back from the main road, means it's quiet whilst being only a 2 minute walk from the shops, bars, restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the oyster shacks.
The rooms are basic yet clean and comfortable. Thoroughly recommend.
Smoking smell in the room so bad
The heater was not working, the room was freezing
Hôtel médium quality
Location very Nice front the bassin d arcachon
My room was behind that is à shame😢
Very nice chambers d’hotes in also very nice Andernos-les-Bains. Comfortable rooms (1 en-suite) with good bed and quit surrounding. Breakfast is perfect, (almost) everything homemade!
The room was clean and spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. A kettle and tea/coffee in the room was a nice touch. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel.
The hotel has not long been opened. It is stylish and thoughtfully equipped. All of the staff we met were very nice, very helpful and spoke very good English.
