Had a stunning view of the mountains from my balcony and breakfast was good. The location is also ideal because it is a 10 minute walk to Old Town Annecy. It also took me 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Annecy Central bus station where I caught a Flixbus back to Geneva Switzerland.

We mainly explored the old town and chilled near the beautiful lake. We also went for a hike nearby.
The old town has really nice restaurants. Ideally it's better to reserve before going for the restaurants to have Fondue/Raclette.
It's easy to get around Annecy by hiring a bike or taking the public bus. However one should be careful about the timings if you want to visit nearby places from Annecy. The buses are not so frequent.

The place is the perfect combination of nature and culture.
The place is the perfect combination of nature and culture. Compact and yet full of little surprises, Annecy is a charming French city that should be in every traveller’s bucket list. Plenty of excellent dining options, the majestic Alps before you, the Lake and the river around which the place weaves its spell. Late March, early April werent as packed with tourists as summer, so the pace is less harried. Prices, too, both for food and accommodation are very affordable. Three restaurants we tried : Cozna, Saba and Le Bouillon, all Michellin recommended - provided excellent food and service.

Beautiful old city.
Beautiful old city.
Gorgeous views of a pristine, clear lake.
Old town area was lovely and the Sunday market seemed really authentic.
Have a trip on the boat to admire the substantial houses dotted along the shoreline, enjoy an ice cream and take lots of pics.
There is a good bus service if you want to go further afield. We visited Talloires Montmin on the other side of the lake by car but I noticed it is on a bus route too.

Maximum charm in a small footprint: the Old Town is pedestrian-only, small streets that wind around and across the river, farmers markets, cutesy shops, plenty of cheese-y dinners... the place is a picture-postcard for France.

Not too much to do in the rainy weather.
Not too much to do in the rainy weather. Drinks are very expensive.
Great market in the old town 3 times per week. Lots of quirky little side streets and beautiful buildings within the city. Great to wander around.
Can walk parts of the lake or hire a bike. It’s beautiful even on rainy days
We were greeted by Thiabult, our host who kindly showed us around. The property is in a great location not far from Lake Annecy, and only a short distance from old town Annecy. A big bonus was the free bus which stopped right outside the apartment. We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the mountain.
We self catered a lot. The property had everything we needed to do this. It is walking distance to a supermarket.
The property is modern and clean. Plenty of space for four adults.
The apartment is settled in a quiet residential neighbourhood next to the old town (6-7 min walking distance). Across the street is a new shopping mall with the Gallery Lafayette, and 150 m farther is a lake. Excellent sleeping quality (madrassas, window blinds...). A true second home in Annecy with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher... Spotless. Easy communication with the owner Christian. I would and will definitely stay here again.
The location, the wonderful, friendly staff and a comfortable bed. Location: behind the building, there is a lovely path (photo) perfect for a morning walk or jog with large trees and lush vegetation. The hotel is a short distance along the river to Annecy Old Town and also, not far from the train and bus station. There is a large public parking lot in front of the Ibis.
We enjoyed the location of the apartment (COUR). It is in the city center, but our window faced the inner yard, so we didn’t hear the noise from outside and church. The apartment is modern, well equipped and dog-friendly. The Wi-Fi there was the best we had experienced in all the hotels and apartments we stayed at in southern part of France. The host was friendly.
The location was excellent. Close to the lake, the old town, tourism office, and many shops and restaurants. The apartment was nice, neat, and appeared recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable and the towels and linens were good. The pictures accurately represent the property. Julie seemed friendly and helpful. It was perfect for a few nights in Annecy.
period property in great location next to old Annoy so perfect for access to shops, restaurants, canal, lake. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable although a bit on small side. That said Annecy not a cheap option for accommodation so close to centre so this hotel represents good value for money particularly given location
The Frontline staff were very helpful caring and friendly. I asked for a quite room and got one at the back of the hotel. No view as such but away from the street noise. The window opened for fresh air! 10 minute walk into the old town.
The restaurant provided a good meal in the evening.
The hotel is quitet which is important to us.
A friendly small hotel in a good situation just a short walk to the bars & restaurants in the old town of Annecy. The car parking is a bit small but is free & secure at the rear of the hotel, get the access code first then drive round to the rear which is on the next street, well sign posted. Good breakfast & wifi.
location was great as close to lake and old town. However is right on the main Annecy to Doussard road and so is VERY noisy - near constant horns beeping.
View from living room is spectacular.
Modern stylish kitchen
Separate toilet and bathroom -common in France.
Electric shutters
Good storage
The room had air conditioning, bed was firm, room was a good size, our room had a terrace but we did not use much bc it was too hot. Great location, not in the middle of the old town and the throngs of people but right next to it. Also, very quiet. Never heard anyone and I think the hotel was full.
Situated on the lake, secure parking, clean, comfortable. A warm welcome from the receptionist, Gilwane. Perfect English ( shame on us) and took time to describe the walk into the old town ( 1.5 miles). Paul Bocuse restaurant associated with the hotel, worth experiencing. Excellent breakfast.
The apartment is bright and spacious.
The beds are very comfortable.
The kitchen is very well-equipped, the only thing missing is lids for pots and pans (we couldn't find any).
This was one of the few apartments in France that supply toilet paper and washing-up liquid.
Well located, the room had everything including a great balcony with a view. Very close to the old town and all the room facilities you would expect of a four star hotel. Nice bathroom & comfy bed
We had a corner room overlooking a small canal. Windows on 2 sides. The staff was wonderful and anticipated our every need. The hotel was amidst the old town charm of Annecy.
Perfect apartment for our family of 3. Location was ideal to restaurants, Old Town and Annecy lake. Check in was easy and property owner was highly responsive and clear.
Great little appartement close to everything in old town Annecy. Walk right out the exit to the streets of old town. Shops and the chateau are super close.
