Easy parking and close to both Lannion and Perros. The breakfast was a bit of a shambles the first mo, no cups, eggs, or trays. But the following day was good. The Asian/Grill restaurant next door was literally 3 minutes walk and the buffet offered was brilliant. Hotel was excellent

Lannion is a lovely town with the old town mainly on a hillside. We parked down by the river and the Tourist information who gave us a tour map. They also sold us a 'blue badge, for the parking (2 euros) which you use for your parking time. This badge can be used in blue parking areas throughout France.
We spent seveal hours wandering around and had lunch in town

Despite what some photos show, it isn't all wooden framed buildings. Worth going off the main areas though. Lots of old stone buildings in disrepair up the hill from the centre. The park of Saint Anne is a nice peaceful walk. There's a little tabac at the railway station, well worth a visit! Quite quirky, but beware...it closes at about 20.30.
Eat at L' Annexe. Can't remember the address, but it's on a corner and covered in plants on the outside.
Warm and cosy, the bathroom turned into a real sauna, after I had taken a shower, which I absolutely enjoyed on a rainy day. Cute little place, next to the train station and to the bus stop, where buses to the coast leave. Also very close to the city centre. I really liked it here and it's definitely value for money. You can deposit your luggage at Hotel Ibis (5€), which has also got excellent coffee and a lovely garden.
Very enjoyable stay and I recommended the property to many people in Lannion as this would be a perfect base for someone spending a few days/weeks in the area for work.
Well appointed property, super spacious and there is even a garden. Must be so nice in the summer!
Very helpful hosts, and 20 minutes walk to the city centre.
More of a motel, than hotel, very friendly, helpful staff. Buffet evening meal good, breakfast OK. Great for Lannion, and only 10 - 15 mins from the sea. Loads of parking.
Claudine and Paul were the most lovely hosts. There and and garden were beautiful. It was centrally located in Lannion, easy walking distance to local restaurants.
